WHYNTER products come with a comprehensive one-year warranty for the original owner, when purchased from an authorized Whynter dealer within the 48 continental U.S. states.
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship that may arise during normal residential use.
In the event that your WHYNTER product is found to be defective within the first year of purchase, please contact Whynter's Customer Support Team with the serial number and proof of purchase to initiate a warranty claim.
Please note that a Return Authorization Number must be obtained before returning any parts or products, or they will be rejected.
Under this warranty, Whynter will repair or replace any defective parts with new or re-manufactured ones, or exchange the entire product with a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured one, at our discretion.
All repairs or replacements under this warranty will be done via mail-in service to Whynter's Service Center.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
