Shipping

 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

If in stock, your order will ship within 3 days. Average transit times are 14 days.

In the United States we offer Free Shipping on select products. On some products there is the option to upgrade to a faster shipping service.

Standard delivery for PRODUCTS is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.

Before accepting delivery, inspect the waybill to be sure that all packages noted on the waybill have been delivered to you.

Upon delivery, please inspect your order and note any shipping damage to outer box prior to signing for receipt of the order. We cannot be responsible for damage to your order that is not reported and noted on the waybill.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will dispatch within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@chilledbeverages.com.

Returns/Exchanges

 

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@chilledbeverages.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

If your order is cancelled within 24 hours we will be able to provide you with a refund. If it has been longer than 24 hours we will try our best to cancel your order however there is no guarantee we will be able to. It is important to contact us as soon as possible when attempting to cancel an order. Shipped orders are not eligible for cancellation or returns. If your order is eligible for a refund you may be held accountable for actual return shipping charges and the processing fee on credit card transactions. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
