A Return Authorization Number will be issued before returning any parts or products. Failure to include this number will result in refusal of the return.

Under this warranty, defective parts will be replaced with new or re-manufactured ones, or the defective product will be exchanged for a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured one, at Whynter's discretion.

All repairs and replacements covered by this warranty will be handled at Whynter's Service Center on a mail-in basis.

Standard delivery for PRODUCTS is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.
For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.
The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
