*This unit comes with one year limited warranty.

Whynter products come with a one-year warranty from the purchase date for any defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
This warranty is valid only for products bought from authorized Whynter dealers in the contiguous 48 United States.
In case of a defect within the first year, please contact Whynter's customer support team with proof of purchase and the product's serial number to file a warranty claim.
A Return Authorization Number is required before sending back any parts or products; returns without one will not be accepted.
Under this warranty, Whynter will provide repairs or replacements using new or refurbished parts, or exchange the entire product at our discretion.
All defective products and parts covered by this warranty will be serviced through mail-in service at the Whynter service center.
This warranty is non-transferable, and after its expiration, labor and parts costs will be the responsibility of the original owner.
Whynter will cover the prepaid freight costs within the first two months of purchase.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. Standard delivery for PRODUCTS is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
