• WHYNTER products come with a one year warranty for the original owner, as long as they were purchased from an authorized dealer within the 48 continental states.
  
• This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal residential usage.
  
• If your product proves to be defective within one year of purchase, please contact Whynter's Customer Support Team with your serial number and proof of purchase to make a warranty claim.
  
• Before returning any parts or products, a Return Authorization Number must be obtained from Whynter.
  
• Parts or products that are returned without this number will not be accepted. Under this warranty, Whynter will repair or replace any defective parts with new or re-manufactured ones, or exchange the product for a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured one at our discretion.
  
• All repairs or replacements will be done through our Service Center on a mail-in basis.
  
• After the warranty expires, the original owner will be responsible for the cost of labor and parts.
