The built-in water line can hold up to 2 liters of water for easy refilling, and the water can be dispensed cold or at room temperature with the push of a button. WHYNTER offers a one-year warranty for all products purchased from an authorized dealer within the 48 contiguous states.
This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use.
To make a warranty claim, please contact Whynter's Customer Support Team with the serial number and proof of purchase.
Prior to returning any parts or products, a Return Authorization Number must be obtained from Whynter.
Any returned items without this number will not be accepted.
Under this warranty, Whynter will provide repairs or replacements with new or re-manufactured parts, or exchange the defective product with a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured one, at our discretion.
All defective products and parts will be repaired or replaced at Whynter's Service Center through a mail-in process.
This warranty is non-transferable and after it expires, the original owner is responsible for the cost of labor and parts.
Return shipping is covered by Whynter within the first two months of purchase.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. Standard delivery for PRODUCTS is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
