Warranty

Whynter Portable Air Conditioner Warranty:

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY & THREE YEAR WARRANTY ON COMPRESSOR

This particular WHYNTER portable air conditioner comes with a one-year warranty from the original date of purchase, covering any material and workmanship defects under normal residential use.
If there are any problems during this time, please contact Whynter's Customer Support team with the serial number and proof of purchase to file a warranty claim.
Before returning any parts or products, you must obtain a Return Authorization number.
If sent without this number, they will not be accepted. As part of the warranty, Whynter will repair or replace any defective parts or products with new or re-manufactured ones at their discretion.
All repairs or replacements will be done through the mail-in service at their Service Center.
Please note that this warranty is not transferrable, and after it expires, the original owner will be responsible for labor and parts costs.
In addition, the compressor of this portable air conditioner has an extended two-year warranty beyond the initial one-year limited warranty, starting from the purchase date.

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
