WHYNTER products are protected by a one-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship, under normal residential use.
This warranty is only valid for the original owner who purchased the product from an authorized Whynter dealer in the 48 contiguous states.
To file a warranty claim, please contact Whynter's Customer Support Team with the product's serial number and proof of purchase.
Any returned parts or products must first receive a Return Authorization Number from Whynter.
If the product is deemed defective within one year of purchase, Whynter will repair or replace the defective parts with new or re-manufactured ones, or exchange the product with a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured one at our discretion.
All repairs or replacements will be conducted at Whynter's Service Center, and after the initial two months of purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please ensure that the product is packaged securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

Standard delivery for PRODUCTS is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
