Warranty

WHYNTER products come with a one-year warranty for the original purchaser, when bought from an authorized Whynter dealer in the 48 continental states.
This warranty covers material and workmanship defects during normal residential use. If any defects arise within one year of purchase, contact Whynter's Customer Support Team with the serial number and proof of purchase to file a claim.
Before returning any parts or products, a Return Authorization Number must be obtained from Whynter.
Failure to do so will result in refusal of the parts or products.
As per this warranty, Whynter will repair or replace any defective parts with new or re-manufactured ones, or exchange the defective product for a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured one, at our discretion.
All products and parts covered by this warranty must be sent to Whynter's Service Center for repair or replacement.
Please note that this warranty is non-transferable.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. Standard delivery for PRODUCTS is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
