Warranty

WHYNTER products are backed by a one-year warranty against material and workmanship defects under normal residential usage, available to the original owner who purchased from an authorized Whynter dealer within the 48 U.S. continental states.
If your WHYNTER product is found defective within one year of purchase, please contact Whynter's Customer Support Team with the serial number and proof of purchase to file a warranty claim.
Before returning any parts or products, a Return Authorization Number must be obtained from Whynter.
Any parts or products received without this number will be rejected. Under this warranty, Whynter will either repair or replace any defective parts with new or re-manufactured ones, or exchange the defective product for a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured one, at our discretion.
All defective products and parts covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced through mail-in service at Whynter's Service Center.
This warranty is non-transferrable.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

If in stock, your order will ship within 3 days. Average transit times are 14 days.

In the United States we offer Free Shipping on select products. On some products there is the option to upgrade to a faster shipping service.

Standard delivery for PRODUCTS is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
