Warranty

*This unit comes with one year limited warranty.

WHYNTER offers a one-year warranty against material and workmanship defects for normal residential use.
To submit a warranty claim, contact Whynter's Customer Support Team with the serial number and proof of purchase within one year of the initial purchase date.
All parts and products must be returned with a Return Authorization Number from Whynter.
If deemed defective, Whynter will repair or replace the product with new or re-manufactured parts or a refurbished product at their discretion.
The warranty is only valid for the original owner, and any costs incurred outside of the warranty period are the responsibility of the owner.
The customer must cover prepaid return freight costs within two months of the purchase from Whynter.
After one year, the customer must cover the return freight costs to Whynter's Service Center.
Properly package the product in its original packaging to prevent potential damage during shipping.
Whynter is not liable for damage caused by mishandling from the carrier or inadequate packaging.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

If in stock, your order will ship within 3 days. Average transit times are 14 days.

In the United States we offer Free Shipping on select products. On some products there is the option to upgrade to a faster shipping service.

Standard delivery for PRODUCTS is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.

Before accepting delivery, inspect the waybill to be sure that all packages noted on the waybill have been delivered to you. Upon
