*This unit comes with one year limited warranty.

WHYNTER offers a one-year warranty against material and workmanship defects for all products purchased from an authorized dealer in the contiguous United States.
To submit a claim, please contact Whynter's Customer Support Team and provide proof of purchase and the product's serial number.
Before returning any items, obtain a Return Authorization Number from Whynter to ensure a smooth process. Failure to do so may result in your return being denied.
Under this warranty, Whynter will cover the cost of repairs or replacements for any defective parts or products.
All repairs and replacements will be handled through Whynter's Service Center.
It is important to note that this warranty is non-transferable and any labor and parts costs incurred after the one-year period will be the responsibility of the original owner.
Whynter will cover prepaid return shipping within the first two months of purchase, but after one year, customers will be responsible for shipping costs to Whynter's Service Center.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Standard delivery for PRODUCTS is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
