*This unit comes with one year limited warranty.

WHYNTER products come with a one-year warranty for the original owner, as long as it was purchased from an authorized dealer in the 48 contiguous states.
This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use.
If your WHYNTER product proves to be defective within one year of purchase, please contact our Customer Support Team with the serial number and proof of purchase to make a claim.
Before returning any parts or products, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number from Whynter.
Any returned items received without this number will be rejected.
Under this warranty, we will repair or replace any defective parts with new or re-manufactured ones, or exchange the product for a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured one at our discretion.
All repairs and replacements will be done at our Service Center via mail-in.
This warranty is non-transferable. After the warranty expires, all labor and parts costs will be the responsibility of the original owner.

For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
