WHYNTER provides a 1-year warranty for the original purchaser of its products from authorized dealers within the 48 continental states of the U.S.
This warranty covers material and workmanship defects that may arise during regular residential use.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Support Team with the serial number and proof of purchase.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number, and any returns without this number will not be accepted.
Repairs will be completed using new or re-manufactured parts, or the defective product will be replaced with a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured unit under this warranty.
All repairs and replacements covered under this warranty will be conducted through mail-in service at our Service Center.
It must be noted that this warranty is non-transferable, and the original purchaser is responsible for all repair or replacement costs after the warranty period.
Within the first 2 months of purchase, WHYNTER will cover shipping costs for all returns.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

If in stock, your order will ship within 3 days. Average transit times are 14 days.

Standard delivery for PRODUCTS is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
