Warranty

Whynter Portable Air Conditioner Warranty:

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY & THREE YEAR WARRANTY ON COMPRESSOR

This WHYNTER portable air conditioners is covered by a one-year warranty for defects in material and workmanship under normal residential usage.
To make a warranty claim, contact Whynter's Customer Support team with the serial number and proof of purchase.
A Return Authorization number must be obtained before returning any parts or products, otherwise they will be refused.
During the warranty period, defective parts will be repaired or replaced with new or re-manufactured ones, or the entire product may be exchanged at the discretion of Whynter.
All repairs or replacements will be made on a mail-in basis to Whynter's Service Center. The warranty is non-transferable and after it expires, the original owner will be responsible for the cost of labor and parts.
The compressor of portable air conditioners is also covered for an additional two years after the one year limited warranty expires from the date of purchase.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Standard delivery for PRODUCTS is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
