WHYNTER offers a one-year warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for their 1.2 cu. ft. Stainless Steel Digital Control and Display Cigar Humidor with Spanish Cedar Shelves.
This warranty is valid for purchases made from authorized dealers in the 48 continental states of the U.S.
In order to file a claim, customers must contact the Whynter Customer Support Team with the product's serial number and proof of purchase.
A Return Authorization Number must be obtained before sending any parts or products back.
Under this warranty, Whynter may choose to provide repairs, replacement parts, or exchange the product entirely.
All repairs and replacements will be handled through mail-in service at Whynter's Service Center.
Please note that this warranty is non-transferable and after the first year, the original owner will be responsible for any labor and parts costs.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
