WHYNTER offers a one-year warranty for material and workmanship defects on their products, valid for the original owner who purchased from an authorized dealer in the 48 U.S. continental states.
If your WHYNTER product is found to be defective within a year of purchase, please contact their Customer Support Team with the serial number and proof of purchase to initiate a warranty claim.
A Return Authorization Number is necessary for all returned parts or products, failure to receive one from Whynter will result in a refusal of return.
This warranty covers repairs or replacements with new or re-manufactured parts, or exchange for a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured product at their discretion.
All covered repairs or replacements will be conducted through their Service Center via mail-in service.
This warranty is non-transferable.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

If in stock, your order will ship within 3 days. Average transit times are 14 days.

In the United States we offer Free Shipping on select products. On some products there is the option to upgrade to a faster shipping service.

Standard delivery for PRODUCTS is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
